Booking is simple! You can fill out our online form, call, or text us directly. Once we confirm availability for your date, we’ll get you scheduled and send all the details.

Weekends and holidays book up fast, especially in the summer! We recommend reserving at least 2–3 weeks ahead when possible.

Absolutely! We handle delivery, setup, and breakdown — so all you have to do is enjoy the fun. Delivery fees may apply depending on your location.

Safety always comes first. If the weather looks bad, we’ll work with you to reschedule your event or issue a rain check. We’ll stay in touch before your event to make the best call together.

If it starts raining during your event, please have everyone exit the inflatable until the rain stops and the unit is dry again. Wet inflatables can become very slippery and unsafe. Once dry, it’s safe to bounce again!

Safety is our top priority — from setup to take-down. Each inflatable is inspected and cleaned before and after every rental, and our crew makes sure your space is clear, level, and securely anchored before anyone starts bouncing.

We’ll review the safety rules and setup guidelines with you when we arrive (and leave a printed copy for reference) so you feel confident throughout your event.

Our inflatables are built with safety in mind — featuring mesh sides for visibility, safe entry ramps or steps, and fire-retardant materials. Once the unit is in your care, we ask that you keep an eye on the fun and follow all posted safety rules to ensure everyone has a great — and safe — time!

Most bounce houses only need access to a standard outlet within 50 feet. Water slides require a garden hose hookup. If you’re unsure, just ask — we’ll help you figure out exactly what you need!
